My black-framed White & Black snake skin stays at home with me, so I don't destroy it in my purse (I got a translucent skin as added insurance just in case I need to take it with me 
). It's just too damned pretty to mess up and I'm an accident going somewhere to happen. My silver framed Bush Viper won't be here for at least a couple of weeks.
The Therions are the only high-wattage 2-battery mods that I own (the other DNAs that I have are 40w and 75w) and I'm not interesting in buying any others. I'm a pocket/purse-friendly vaper, so my mini mods are what I grab daily (w/ silicone sleeves, of course
) and the most wattage those are capable of range from 40w-75w. I like single coils to save on juice and power consumption (MTL & DTL, I have no preference). I was never interested in anything larger than a single 18650 mod, so I've got a ton of Picos in my arsenal and am awaiting a couple of AL85s for my 25mm tanks.
If I were to buy another Therion, I may get the squonker, because I've never tried a BF mod before (haven't tried dripping yet either). Anyone currently have that one? Almost bought a Pico Squeeze, but I'm no good at Ohm's Law and need a regulated BF. In the meantime, I'm awaiting an atty that has the squonk function built in, so I can see if that's even something that I'd actually want to use. I just got in a Hadaly RDA to play with, so I'll find how I like dripping after 4+ years of vaping.

A suggestion before sinking the money into a DNA squonker, get a Pico squeeze. It's cheap, the RDA isn't great, but it will give you a window into whether it's worthwhile. As for unregulated, just mount a 1 ohm coil and you're done. It has a bunch of protection circuits in it, so you're not totally in the mech world. You'll feel a lot better if you toss a $25 squonker in the back of the drawer because you didn't enjoy it, than tossing an expensive Therion squonker in there.

So, all I really need is to build at least a 1 ohm coil (any particular gauge wire I should use?) and I'll be good to go? Sounds almost too simple. I plan on using a single coil (Hadaly) rda as I bought it to play with and it comes with the BF pin, so I'm already prepared. As you can see, anything about 0.5 ohm will be good with a 20a battery in a single battery mod. Yes, you could build even lower, but why do it unless your vape style is lost of power and cloud?

Going to pick up a Pico Squeeze (mod only) on next week's Fasttech sale (10% off). For $15.89, it would be rude not to (I already have a Hadaly to pair with it). 
Have same Therion & Engine for couple months & still my favorite. Would not rec. therion squonker. Pain in the ..... If you like squonking take a look at lost vape drone.
