hi guys! im not really a new modder per se, just to modding e-cigs. ive modded phones and small electronics for a while now. i got bored yesterday and made my first e-cig mod. ive been a volcano user for a while now but i wasnt happy with battery or atty performance at all so i made a "volcano magnum/SD" mod. i used a led flashlight like ive seen many ppl use. i also modded the battery pack that came with the flashlight to accept 3 lithium batteries out of my old smoke 51 battery packs. the battery pack i made runs at around 3.7v with the batteries soldered in parallel. im also using an old volcano battery that i hollowed out as the atty hook up. so far it works really well but i have a few concerns. i removed the small circuit boards that have the led attached to them. does this mean that these batteries ar not protected now? i just dont want to have a flashlight bomb next to my face. my other concern is the stock volcano atty im using. ive heard that a 510 atty wil fit the volcano and that it also produces a lot more vapor. now all i have to do is find a charging method for this thing and ill be all set. any help from the experts here would be greatly appreciated!
