We have also changed our warranty policy:
Effective Thursday the 28th of May 2009, e-Smokey Treats will be changing our warranty policy to conform with industry standard practices.
The new warranty policy for products purchased after 12:00am Thursday the 28th of May 2009 is full replacement of product(s)/Parts that were Dead On Arrival, if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will still maintain the 14 day satisfaction guaranty.
All products purchased before 12:00am Thursday the 28th of May 2009 will still have the original warranty terms (90 day defective product replacement warranty or 14 day satisfaction guarantee).
