Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Epic Journey
I leave you guys alone for one day and you go all gushy over your new Precise+'s like never before. I missed all the fun.

Well, I hope you learned your lesson... Better not leave next time :)

Edit: and thank you atavan for answering revolver's questions. I somehow missed that whole post. Sorry revolver.

TWO black o-rings for the IMR ... !? Is that correct... ???

One over the only one I have inside the tube... ? PLEASE CONFIRM THIS... !!!

And the switch compartment includes four washers... That is also correct for 18,490 IMR... Right ???

With 18,500 Protected only one o ring ?? What about the washers... ???

If my six daily puffs are these powerful 'springless' I cannot imagine what a Beast they may get once I get the switch spring...!!!

Huuuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaah !!!

=)

DAVID:

My friend, the other P+ owner, who happens to be more technically skilled than me, is wondering this:

How Come that the spring and the surface where it sits on are PAINTED !? Because this (paint) is to affect conductivity... Shouldn't it !?

There is no paint anywhere on the Precise.

Yeah, there is no paint on the precise like vapn said, not on the spring, not on the inside, not anywhere, if there is paint on anyones precise then it was put there after it was sent to someone. The only thing I can think is that the finish is slightly different and it is being mistaken for paint or if it was bought second hand maybe someone tried painting it.

Allow me to express my sincere appreciation for Dave:

I'm sad to say that I have committed a most egregious error -- nay, heresy of the most profound order. I dropped my P+ 18500. I warped the bottom collar of my P+ and scarred the locking P slider.

It still fired, but the collar was warped such that the lock slider would not engage. So I shipped it off to Dave for some needed warranty TLC. True to his word, Dave repaired the collar and even refinished a couple of unnoticed scratches on the body. All it cost me was postage and $5 for the return shipping.

He couldn't completely eradicate the cosmetic damage, for which I cannot fault him. But I must say, he did extremely well, all things considered.

Not too bad, right? Most importantly, the repaired P+ operates 100% perfectly. I can engage and disengage the lock slider at will now -- and if I'm completely critical, it is in fact easier to engage now than it was before the drop. There's an additional degree or so of clearance for the slider that wasn't there when my P+ was brand new. Of course, it still hits like a cement mixer.

Really, I don't mind the remaining small blemishes at all. If you didn't know to look for them, you would never know they were there. The easier locking is well worth a couple of insignificant dimples. And it just feels more like it's mine now, now that I'm no longer obligated to keep it in perfect condition.

Besides: Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory is forever.

I dropped mine at Vapercon. It fell out of my pocket in the bathroom, nice right. It's gotta couple of little war wounds, but, still fires like a champ. I didn't feel as bad as I would have if it was another mod, because I know I can send it in to get it all fixed up with no questions asked. That's a nice feeling!

I was very concerned about dropping my P+....so I made a little grip for it.

Brilliant! I have a case full of assorted O rings from Harbor Freight. I might do that as well. Wonder whether there are potentially any problems with covering up the vent holes like that?

There is no paint used on the Precise or PrecisePlus. You are simply seeing the textured nature of the surface preparation which almost looks like a powder coating or what not...

I haven't had any yet....I guess I'll just have to wait and see....It makes it easier to hold....I'm on construction sites all day...If I dropped this off the building....I'd probably jump after it. It has become my all day device....I can honestly say there is not another 3.7 mod out there that compares. Also, the indentation on the tube hold the orings nicely....they do not slide around at all.

The vents are there as a failsafe to release pressure, the o-rings won't make any difference for that.
Now if you miss the little red highlights that's another story ;)
