I tried to do a search on this but didn't find anything on this, but does it drain the MVP's battery if i leave it on and I'm not using it?

Nope, all turning off your device does is keeping it from accidental firing (say in a coat pocket). Not that that would likely happen anyway, as the firing button is rather stiff and not easy to accidentally depress. 
I am not sure if it does or not Reesie, but I got mine on Friday and I havent turned it off since I got it and I charged it yesterday for the first time!! So if it does drain it a little, it doesnt seem to be anything to worry about....LOL
I believe that the battery does drain whether on or off..
My MVP came bone dry empty and I don't believe it left the factory that way. I didn't vape mine for around 5 months and it was empty.

Both of my MVP's came almost fully charged (two different vendors). A battery will normally discharge little by little if not used anyway.

Mine hasn't been turned off since i got it 2 weeks ago, so I would say it doesn't seem to be a problem leaving it on. I only run about 900 hits a day on it though.
