New non smoker

Hi,

I am finally able to give up cigs after 32 years of smoking 3 packs a day.

Been 13 days without one and really don't miss them.
I do find that I can't put this E-cig down for very long though.

I think I am in deep! as I already have 6 firelight cigs, a mixing kit with 8 flavors and about 12 oz each of PG & VG and some 36mg nic.

Dang, I just had to order me a Janty Ego for more battery life as charging my 6 batteries all the time drives me crazy.

Well just thought I would say hi.

Hi, Randy! Welcome to PV obsession! For some folks the obsession wears off after a while (it's just so exciting to find something that actually works!) and for others it's a big $$$$ hobby! Personally, I keep track of how much I've spent on e-cigs vs. how much my tobacco cigs would have has cost me (my quit-meter isn't very accurate) and when I get enough money on the plus side, I allow myself to buy something new to vape..I'm too poor to make this my new money pit.

Guess I could add to that post. I smoked for 40 years (I'm no kid either) but not quite as heavy as you. I haven't touched one since Feb. 4th and don't even have the desire. I hung out with a smoker friend of mine all day yesterday and the smell that should have made me crave a cig just kind of annoyed me a little. Kinda stunk. I really think this is the answer.

Welcome and congrats. I started with a firelight also and sent it back in the first week for a refund. Now vaping a Tornado. So much better- especially the battery. Keep up the good work.

I find the firelights work pretty good with my own juice mixes. (plenty of vaper)

I did have one atomizer fail in the first few days, but 1 out of 6 isn't bad and they have a replacement on its way to me so I really can't complain about them.

I just vape a lot and go through batteries like crazy like 4 to 5 a day.

I would really like to find a passthrough that would fit the firelights so they would be of use to me when I'm at my desk at home and work and just use the batteries on the go.

I will use my Janty ego at work and at my desk but when I am in the field at plants I don't want to look like I'm smokin some kind af drug pipe on the job so my firelight will fill that spot for me also.

Welcome Randy. Wow 3 packs a day for 32 years. What an accomplishment that you should be incredibly proud of. You must be feeling better. Like you, I quit after 21 years the day I received my ecig. These things are amazing.

At first the hardest time to get through was after a meal. Now, as long as I am vaping tabacco flavor it is not a problem.

It don't seem to bother me being around someone smoking analogs either.
