Been on and off for months. Just wanted to pop in and say hi. Im battling with awful cravings now after five months. I smoked and it seems alot harder to get back on the wagon these days. I've added salts. And have gone back to building, and my trusty squonk. Waiting on the pasito to arrive! I'm hopeful this is going to be a great little device. I've already jumped in to some of the threads on this little guy.

Welcome. I hope things turn around for you. I had a nasty little relapse into smoking that was hard, right after my first anniversary.
Upping the nic in a few of my tanks helped a lot. I hope you figure out the solution for you during those high craving moments.

Hello, welcome, and may I suggest sub ohm salts? It seems to do the trick for me, mostly. I still get the urge to burn something from time to time.
