New Ontario e-cig ban regulations have been released.

It looks like our idiot acting deputy minister of health is plowing ahead with the threatened regulations:

Just read it, ecig will be pretty much ban everywhere it's public... except golf courses, I wonder why they're having an exemption.

What I find absolutely astounding is that persons vaping marijuana for medical purposes are completely exempt! Some guy can sit at his desk and toke up, but I can't quit smoking????

I'm going to ask my doctor to prescribe them.

Most everything they have tried since the 2015 clause went into effect has been revoked. From what I see it s still pretty standardized from what I read it is just like the smoking laws so do with what the smokers do. The day a cop comes up to me and starts beaking at me and tries to take my stuff is the day I will have stuff corrected pretty dam fast but honestly I would not worry too much about it. Like I say scroll down and READ it. Since the 2015 stuff that is already in effect they ha e tried to pass more strict guide lines to follow by that have big bold print beside it saying: REVOKED

The revokations take effect in 2018, and mean the provision allowing outdoor vaping areas on hospital grounds, etc. will automatically expire in 2018. In other words, things will get even more stringent.
