Seems the New Orleans fascists forgot about individual and property rights, as well as the intrinsic human right to the pursuit of happiness.
Also forgot to mention the 2nd hand smoke lie has been discredited by real research:

And finally, did not realize that disparaging vaping breaks the most fundamental constitutional right of all: the right to life. As recently demonstrated by Dr. Farsalinos, lying about the safety of vaping promotes smoking:
