Bear with me if I'm a bit slow -
Morander, you posted
Depending on the manufacturer these can come in around 3.2v underload regulated just like an ego, or can be unregulated and come in around 4.11v underload and work their way down. With these being unregulated can give you a better idea what to expect when my kit arrives. The last one I tested from another company ran the following- +lots of voltage readings...
comparing this with your data on the XL King Diamonds, what I'm seeing between these two batteries is that, in the short term, the King Diamond actually holds to a more consistent voltage. Less battery life, but more consistent over that lifetime.
Admittedly, the data you were posting was not a V4L VGo, so it remains to be seen how that particular battery is going to compare, how well it will hold voltage, what the lifespan is going to be (I assume you'll be posting it sometime in the future

)
I'm asking so much because while I really, really, like my V4L passthrough, which runs a steady 5 volts, I sometimes struggle a bit with the other batteries and getting the th and
feel that i need. I have a pt in my home office, and I've ordered another one and car charger / usb converter for the car, but I'd really like to have a mobile 5v solution for those times I am not in my home office, the car, or just to sneak a quick vape where the kids can't see me (I don't smoke/vape etc in front of the kids). I feel a certain loyalty to V4L, as it has been their products that have gotten me this far, their customer service is superb, and their variety excellent - except that we don't have a portable 5v (or variable voltage) solution.
And I'm just lazy and don't want to have to research another company. I KNOW I can get help, good info, and amusing posts here. I don't want to go anywhere else <pout>
