I started out this morning at 6 AM with a CGR18650CH 2200 mAh battery in the ZMax. Did the sound for Team Roping all day, and used only the ZMax for vaping, and I am a very heavy vaper. I have the ZMax in the VW Mode set to 4.0P.

Had to change out the DV CE5s several times when the juice in them was used up.

It's now 11:30 PM (18-1/2 hours later) and the battery in the ZMax is reading 3.6 Volts. I think that this is outstanding battery life!

When it gets to the "low battery" condition I'm going to insert two Red AW 18350 2000 mAh batteries and see how long they last.

Put two fully charged Red AW 18350 2000mAh batteries in the ZMax this morning. Used the ZMax all day, but not nearly as heavily as I did when I had the 18650 in it.

It read 8.2 Volts when I started, and now reads 7.1 Volts 13 hours later. The 18350s are not going to last the 18+ hours that the 18650 did, and as I mentioned I did not vape as heavily today. Still lovin' the ZMax though.

I received a GS CE9 (V-Core 2.0) today, and of course had to try that out on the ZMax. The CE9 produces more vapor than ANY other device I have ever used. I mean CLOUDS! Unfortunately I don't think that the flavor is very good. I did use a juice other than my all day vape, so it could be the juice and not the device. Even though the CE9 has 4 long wicks which extend down into the lower tank, I experienced dry hits when I left it in the upright position for any period of time. The good news is that to my surprise laying it down on its side did not cause juice to leak into the upper chamber. That's a good thing because the CE9 is relatively heavy, and it becomes precarious standing it up atop an APV. The upper chamber does form a lot of condensation, but this does not interfere with its performance.

Eric, are you looking at the CE9 as a possible item to carry?

Should anything change regarding the ZMax, I'll do an update.

which CE9?, it seems each company is coming out with their own line of CE #'s I have three catalogs with thee "CE9's" and they are all completely different, very frustrating.

Eric, once the preliminary testing has been done, are you going to try to get some more of the Zmax's? If so how soon do you think that might happen?

Possibly on the later models, but I don't actually see any real issues with this one to be honest. The VMax looked good out of the gate also (and still does), but some have been returned due to this or that electronically, I can't assume this one will be any different in the long run. I hope it's ok, but I am hesitant to carry high priced items that can malfunction over time. Even one or two being returned hurts my bottom line, as it's a process to get anything replaced.

so yea.. still a bit wishy washy on it. :(

I just googled CE9, and I see what you mean.

The one that I have for testing is the GS V-Core 2.0 I don'tknow if these pictures will be big enough to detail it.

I am pretty sure LD had one and said it was garbage, but perhaps it's a different supplier, I have something in the works like that, but not exactly sure if it's the same.. too many manufacturers now, so confusing.

It was a different product that I had. This is the one I was laughing at. It's got a Vivi Nova style head, with multiple wicks... and that is great. But, the Vivi Nova already proves that you can submerge that head right in the juice, and it works great. This product has a Genesis/Vivi Tank style divider in it, and I am not too sure it is needed. Kind of gimmicky, actually. I am sure if works well, since a dual wick Vivi Nova style head would, but I am more tempted to screw them into my Vivi Nova mini tank. :D
