This has worked for the cartomizer. Thank you and to those who also offered suggestions. Now I have to figure out the tank problem.

Well at least you have figured out that the Provari isn't the problem.

Don't feel bad tho' we all have our moments.
When I first got mine, all my tanks wanted to seal off the air flow. I was spitting nails I was so mad! Never occurred to me that maybe raising the tank up a bit on the carto might help.

Since you have found success with cartomizers, I recommend trying a cartotank. I suggest a 19 or 22 mm diameter IBTanked. I have over a dozen tanks from this manufacturer. Best value for a quality tank at any price. I've done a review of these tanks which you can view in the link below, which describes in detail how to order the right tank for you. I recommend getting some Ikenvape pre-punched cartomizers for the tank.

Is it a carto, a tank, or what?

I used the adapter and hooked the pro tank 2 to my ego battery, works like a champ except i have to either invert the adapter or don't use it for it to work, just thread it on to the battery. Any suggestions on other tanks that would work with Provari?

I have the same issue with my PT2. If you like the BCC style of the pro tank try a Davide by Anyvape. I haven't had a single issue with them and I can screw them on all the way. Works exactly like a pro tank and uses the same coils. I refuse to put my pro tank on my provari. It is too finicky. Instead, my protank stays at home and I will use it on another mod if I want.

Here is a link of what it looks like Davide Glassomizer
