I feel dumb asking this, but will using a lower resistance atty cause me to use more fluid faster? I got my first LR atty for my clearo yesterday and seemed to have flown through ~2ml of fluid in it... I cannot honestly tell if that is simply because I was hitting it more on the new atty...

Lower resistance in itself will not burn juice faster. Higher temperatures could, as could surface area, voltage, and a number of other factors, but there's not enough information here to determine which might apply in your case. The juice and your vaping habits possibly changing as a result of a different vape are also probably part of the equation.

As far as how fast it drains your battery, that's pretty simple math:

Watts (the power level) are voltage squared divided by resistance, and that number will go up as the resistance decreases (assuming the voltage stays the same), meaning the battery will drain faster.
