New Riva

Just received my new Riva after upgrading from my first e-cig an M401.

The draw and vapour production is far better but when I try and take a deep hit I get a very bad burnt taste. Using a new chocolate cream e-liquid which taste fine in my M401.

I am using cartridges and have been vaping with it for about two hours so should have the primer cleared, am I doing something wrong?

Check the actual cart and look at the edges. I was 100% new to vaping when I got mine and I actually was burning the plastic on the carts at first. Even now when I use carts, I get a burn taste when I don't have enough fluid. I find I have to drip about every 10-15 min max, or so, with carts. That's a big reason I switched to cartomisers.

I tried the cartridge route once.....once! I am expecting my new Riva today along with some LR cartos. Cant wait for the mailman to get here!

The Riva will heat the juice faster and more intense. Be sure your cartridge is kept wet. Personally, I would suggest trying a cartomizer.
