Cool BR, I made a tip like that for the Vortex because the plastic ones that came with them gives me chapped lips.

All of mine fit on the cup just like the original seal and none of them leak. I test my mods with water before the wick is installed. When turned upside down, an air bubble fills both of the empty slots and holds the water in the tank. However, if I shake it like a saltshaker, a small amount of water comes out of the mouthpiece with each shake.

About the same thing happens if I do this while it is an actual use. I figure the juice on the wick is mostly what shakes out. I believe rough treatment or bumps while it is in any position can be the reason why I occasionally get juice in the air intake or mouthpiece.

I don't think I am getting juice on my lips, Well perhaps a bit, but I can lick it off of my fingers with no problem. I think I am having a reaction to the plastic.

It could be. Who knows what kind of recycled waste gets blended into some of the plastics nowadays.

this is slightly off topic but since it concerns br - the mainstay of this thread - i thought i should post it.

I just got my first box of CE2 clearos today. Just for something different from my good ole' boges. Thought I just take a little look see peek at what the folks on ECF had to say bout em.....

Whew, I just read the last hundred pages...Yep no lie. This has been very informative and what a great bunch of knowledgable folks! Feel like I know ya'll a lot better now!

Of course ya dont know me...teehee.... Thanks for making ECF such a great resource. Its you all and all the others like you. Thanks from folks like me. I gotta brain like a sponge LOL

Some people like the C-E2's. Some people don't. There are different factors involved with different people, so let us know how you do with them.

Well, so far they been taking some getting used to. Tasted kinda raunchy right out of the box. Course I filled it before reading this thread...(slaps hand to forhead) No leakage which is really nice. Hate the tiny little flimsy tip that came with them for refilling. Does anyone know where I can get a 20 gauge lure lock needle to refill them?

I've been keeping them horizontal to keep the wicks saturated. I'm not much for taking things apart. I do more damage than fixin'..lol

I actually find that I break more than fix when trying to fix them as well HOWEVER with that being said I have found that if treated properly with most juices I can get 1 to last at least a week. The taste is a little muted at the end of the week but I really could not even tell until I filled a new one .......so it works for me.

When mine start to get a little muted I finish off that fill, pull the tube and burn the hell out of it. The I brush off the coil a little with a dentek brush, put it back together and go to town for another week.

Hey all,

The first taste I had of them was on my Smok Tech EGo 900 bats...they tasted like .......I was seriously thinking of PIF ing everything here....But..I gave it a chance...and waited till my "Joye Tech" 650 manual batts came in...What a GREAT difference that made....not sure why...(why oh why would it make any diff...tried them first on a 900 then nirvana on a 650...your guess is as good as mine)......topped them off in the mean time....they just kept tasting better and better....

I did find a 20 gauge filliing needle at "madvapes.com" in order to fill the CE2's. This is for filling those two tiny little freakin holes on the Clearomizers.. Damn they are tiny little holes...WTF..Who Ever thought of this crap.....I can sure say it ...wouldn us....LOL

I dont really like the (CE2's) especially in reguards to taste....that said...Compared to my Boges 2.5 Cartos at 3.7v .....Even though you have to keep them topped off...every time you turn around...time to top off....turn around...time to top off....thats just how it is....ect...

But I can tell you as it is the vapor is on the CE2s is.."OUTSTANDING" at 3.7 v....

Well, I just got in my 1st batch of Bad's Fluxomizers. I have been on CE2's for just under a year now but, I hadn't tried these till now. I gotta say they have fixed the "burnt taste out the box" thingy. These are so good my wife even likes them.

I'm still having wicking issues with these... Using a standard ego, no modding and I can only puff once every minute or 2. I've been happily dripping on them. Cheaper and better than any atty I've tried at 3.7 volts. Sigh.

gummy, idk - i just used up my supply of regular ce2s and a friend was nice enough to send me 2 xls to try before i order.
both leaked right from the start with nothing attaching the tubes to the base and one cracked in the first hour around the base.
i dryburned them before usage, having learned my lesson before, and even though there was no vapor there was a distinct chemical smell.
i will check the dual coils and 510 tanks before i waste my money on more of these. AND i always loved the ce2s went they were right

smart move - i still have one of those going after weeks and weeks of vaping. but i thought it was a crying shame that those clear cartos were sold like that. btw both were in their foil package - brandnew!

I've tried some of the clearomizers from pre release to fairly recent release. The later tubes hold up a bit better than the earlier ones, meaning that it takes them longer to develop cracks at the base. The out of box performance has ranged from awful to very good. I have not tried any of the latest batch from China, so maybe they're getting better. However, I doubt if any of their clear tubes in the near future will hold up as well as the ones I can make. I will say this though. As long as people keep buying cracking tubes and ordering more, they will keep selling them.

They were fun to try but I'm back to the metal ones and really did like this new batch.

As far as I am concerned, the wicks and coils are just parts for br mods. But then, I still try one out of the box ever now and then to compare them with earlier versions.
