those are good prices, but if its dollar deals, shouldnt they be a dollar? maybe clearance is a better term? by the way, i love V4L!!!!
We're using the term loosely, many of them work out to a Dollar a cart if you use the 10% discount.

No. That would be if they advertised a price, and then changed it at the point-of-sale.
What they're doing is creative license and puffing - both standard fare in business and perfectly acceptable.

Bwaahahaha! You guys never cease to make me laugh! these dollar deals are making me happy. I've been trying to get some money together to do a mass buy of Eggnog 36 cartos like I did for Spiced Cider but had to put that on hold because I really wanted the new XLs. This new lower price now means that hopefully I'll be able to do this within the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Yes, this is a low price, have you checked it out? Or maybe the flavors aren't You're Cup of Tea? $1 per cart, that's pretty cheap! If not your flavors then you'll have to pass, but these carts are cheap, especially when using a Code! Sorry your are SOUR! So you don't have to buy! Stand by for more to your liking!
