Just got my PCC (blue) and two 510s in a kit (also blue - though different blue from the PCC - too bad, I'm a color-matching freak).
Health Cabin rocks - 5 days from China exactly.
But. Sorry if these are common, but I can't find exactly what I need, so:
- The power connection on the blue batts is different from my original black 510. On the black it's a female connector with a narrow hole, on the blue it's a male-ish connector with wide "extrusion". My original USB charger has a narrow male connector which seems to retract. Can I use it on both? Why the difference?
- It said on the manual for the PCC that it takes 4 hours to charge. The light just turned green after an hour and a half. Should I keep charging? I already know that these batteries don't have a "memory", but can I over-charge it? Can I overcharge the batts for the PV? Should I be obsessive about the charging times etc, or can I leave a batt (or a PCC) on a charger overnight, for instance? Can I leave a batt in the PCC until I am ready to use it, or take it out as soon as it's charged? I read some place that this type of batteries can blow up if treated incorrectly. Made me nervous...
Thanks, all,
Briar.
