I am in the process of placing an order and the shipping rate that was 6.95 is now 9.95? Has this happened to anyone else today? Is this because it's a large order? Or is this the new shipping rate?

if you spend under $100 its 6.95. if u go over it goes up to 9.95. its not like other places where u spend $100 and priority shipping comes free.
Ah... OK... I have placed another order that was over $100.00 but that may have included the shipping... I would have to go back & check. The other orders were under 100.00.

I wasn't expecting it to be free.... I was just not aware that the shipping rate went up after the $100.00 mark.

I am sure they have to have a cutoff and base that on dollar amounts because some items cost more to ship due to size.
Many companies do this and have graduated shipping rates.

Some companies don't have the " smilin" discount code for 10% off any order under 150.00. That usually covers the (Domestic) shipping and more.

I have to say, I don't mind paying the shipping cost if this is what I get.
