new shorties and USB charger issue?

Has anyone come across an issue regarding the new shorties and the USB chargers? The issue is that a couple of new shorties don't fit into the USB chargers.

I had an email from someone asking about it, and to be honest I haven't heard of this as an issue before.

I do know about the auto/cartomizer/sanding issue, and would this work for the charger? I assume this is just an isolated incident, but wanted to put it out here in case anyone else has had this happen.

Yeah....thye are a bit finicky in the USB chargers. I have been sanding threads since I got my first one, but you still have to catch thing just right to get the threads started in the charger. Have to go in perfectly straight and with a tad bit of pressure until the threads take hold...then it spins on and charges.
