I have been vaping now for two weeks. The first full day vaping I cut my analogs to 12. By the end of the first week I had cut down to 8. During the next week I cut down to 5 or 6. So far today I have only had 4. The first ones in the morning and after meals are the hardest to break.
But, now I have a new problem and it is getting more painful by the day. It is in my back, shoulder and right arm.
Between me patting myself on the back everyday with each further step in my progress and my wife and friends patting me on the back and giving me encouragement - my back and my shoulders are killing me (lol)...
I guess I will have to live with it, but I sure wish someone had warned me up front better.
Oh, and by the way - this is one side effect that I know I can blame on vaping!!! (lol)...
