Except my "screen grab" app (Windows) requires a click to define the area, and the popups then go away.

Thanks for putting up what I was after

I take it you are on a Smartphone or Tablet. And Don't have a "Print-Screen" Key on a Keyboard.

Did it then display only a listing of the Areas a user posted in?

Or did it display a list of Areas along with each post?
Yes to the first question. It displayed a list of areas posted from most to least along with the date last posted to that area.

Lots of Good Info there. Thanks for taking the Time to put them together:thumb:

There are Ways to do some of the things that we used to be able to do. But Unfortunately, many involved having to do Many Repetitive Steps/Clicks. Like seeing if a Follower is Online.

It is kind Klungy to have to do a Mouse-Over to see if they are On-Line. But if one only have a Handful, not impossible. But if one has say 30 or 40? Well... that seems sorta Time Consuming. And a Major Contributing Cause of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Or having to have to Click on a Down Arrow or Mouse-Over, just to be able to see where a Member is Located when reading Threads.

Face It. We (Kinda) Got Hosed by this Last Software "Upgrade".
Perhaps @retired1 or @classwife know of a Xenforo option they might be able to enable that allows us to see who is online without having to perform X number of steps.

There are many Xenforo options. Options that perhaps Classy and Ret1 are still learning about and familiarizing themselves with or may not know about. IDK.

There are some forums running Xenforo who have full-time XF experts. To my knowledge ECF does not. As far as I know Ret1 is our only under-the-hood XF guy.

We perhaps* lost some functionality going from a very old 1.x XF release to the latest release. Sometimes older functionality is lost with new software releases.

Perhaps* - We, us users, do not know for certain if function X, Y or Z have been lost for good. There are numerous XF options. Some of which might be able to restore functions many were used to with the older release. Such as the Members or Birthdays pages. Both are there, as I demonstrated a page or two back, but as of today they are not user clickable items.

From my perspective the latest Xenforo release is what it is. I don't look at it as getting hosed or whatever. I spent many years doing upgrades on large scale systems (hw and sw). That plays a role in how I personally view upgrades. :)

No, Win10 tower. But I use a screen grabber that intercepts the "PrintScreen", doesn't automagically take the whole screen, which is usually fine by me, as I usually don't want the whole screen :)

And, at least for an Android smart phone, the power button will, in addition to turn off or reboot, also has an option to do a full screen grab.

    Gotcha.

Sometimes you can use the Mouse to Open a Pull-Down/Pop-Up Menu. Then hit the Tab Key a couple of times to move the Focus Off Pull-Down/Pop-Up Menu. This leaves the Menu Open. But Frees the Mouse from the Close Menu Boundary.

Doesn't always work. But sometimes it Does.

BTW - Did you know that Windows 10 includes Win 7 Paint? A Cool program to do a Quick n' Dirty Paste and then Crop of a PrtScn Image.

BTW3 - The Shift + Windows Key + S tech in the article below worked well to do Region Captures.

    Somewhere between here and there
Does anyone else have an annoying sidebar "join SMS Club"? I pay for no ads and would love for that to go away please @Misty.
Yes! I was just about to ask if anyone else was seeing it. It’s very annoying!

Strange, I don't see "Join SMS Club" on my Mac but do see it on the right side on my iPhone and iPad.

Now I have a Persistent Vermillion Rectangle exactly half-way down my page.
Right-click as far left as possible on the rectangle, not the ad banner itself. That's what I did anyway to get rid of the whole thing.
