New Smoktech ZMax Mini seems weak?

I bought a new smoktek Zmax Mini from madvapes brick and mortar store. It seems weak for some reason. I set it at the highest wattage possible (15) and it still seems really weak? Can it be a bad one? Is my carto-tank going bad maybe... could that cause it? When I get home from work I can try a new carto...

Anyone have any ideas?

I believe you have us confused with Smoktech (the manufacturer). There is, however, a Madvapes forum on ECF, and they might be able to help you with the issues regarding the Zmax Mini.
