Wow, I just got off the scale and I am down from 214 pounds to 210 already, I got a good feeling about this trip. Burned 456 Calories in 35 minutes and clibmed almost 6 thousand feet with the incline on the Elliptical Machine This is going very well so far, I am reaching my goals rapidly and I intend to maintain once I have achieved my target weight of 188 or less

Parrot, do me a favor, when you do get your Buzz Pro, if it is anything like the infinity pro, Be careful about how tight you screw the cartos down on it or you may end up ruining them by pushing the center pin too far up into the carto itself. I believe the center contact on the Buzz is a physical screw. I will say this, I got to try the Infinity Pro and since te Buzz has the same Circuitry you are gonna love it

It was nice here too, J. I went out and weeded my front yard for about an hour. If it's nice tomorrow, I will mow my side yard that has turned into a jungle. It's funny when I take the pups out for their morning pee - the grass is taller than they are. They just plow right on throuh.

I am trying to get down that far, but I am going to be working more at weight re distribution so that I am not "Mr. Spaghetti Arms with a Manacotti Belly" So Larger arms, slimmer wasteline type of thing

Well I just got done weighing in and I am down to 208 so another two pounds gone. Time to keep the numbers going down and re distribute that belly fat to someplace else

Thanks Brother, I am really Jazzed myself. Whew I am finally done with PT for the week, Eeerge, Lost a total of 6 pounds so far and that is a Great start to get on par with my goals, just gotta keep up the pace and get more out of each session.

Thanks for the info Nate. It looks like you might be at your own thread party - if you are off work by 8:18pm (FL time).

The forum does it's back-up and refresh at 25 minutes past the hour - every hour. Every turning is at that time - 25 past. So your turning could be at 8:25 FL time. 7:25pm FL time if you joined early and lurked a while before posting.

Now you need to think of an avatar theme for your party to make it really exciting. You could make it a Star Wars theme or a Darth Vader theme or Rain Forest Inhabitants or Disney Characters or US Navy or Bonnie & Clyde or Tropical Islands or Anthing You Want. Just please don't make it dogs or cats, a LOT of ppl have done those. Make it something special for yourself, okay?

So what's it gonna be? No rush, you can think on it.

I am having a wonderful weekend, Jason, thank you - the same wishes for you.

Even though I love this sunny, warm weather, we still need more rain. Here is what the NOAA reports for California:

West dries out

Much of the western United States experienced a drier-than-average winter.

For California, it was the 2nd driest winter on record. By late February, 72% of the Golden State was in moderate drought. California was drought free at the beginning of the winter.

I imagine we'll get more rain before the end of Spring.

Hoping to pay a visit today to the shop that started it all and say Hi to Lori and her kids at Smokin Vapor here in PC. That is if I can aquire a vehicle today and the guys don't have it already for their usual shenanigans for the weekend LOL
