Definitely a rough day Brother, not too bad on the PT side though, the lactic acid build up is subsiding a lot and I am able to do a lot more working out with a lot less soreness so that is indeed a good thing. Hopefully tomorrows weigh ins will show me some progress for my hard work LOL. If not in weight loss hopefully at least in inches around the middle lost

Hope everyone had a great day, I am definitely turning in early tonight because I shift schedules to mornings tomorrow so I have to get up really early

I'm officially back in Cali. Good to be back but it was also great to get away for a while. I got in late last night so I'm still trying to get back into the swing of things with the time differences plus Daylight Savings time began this past weekend.

I'll definitely be stopping my the shop next week to hang out and visit

Good Morning all

Well weigh ins went well I am back to 22% BCA lost an inch around my waist and gained a 1/2 inch around my neck and maintained my weight from last week. Soreness is all but gone now so that is a good sign, now to just keep on pushing myself to get lower and lower on the BCA

Off to the morning shift now so I will check back in later on this morning

I hope everything is cool in sunny Socal.
I have been busy trying to do some business, with no luck.
Today gas has reached $10,30/gal, so I decided to use the phone wayyy more than the car..
I have contractors here in my house in, painting the outside, and also in the US re-doing the bath floor for a water damage.
I'm more broke than Lehman Brothers LOL...
And thanks God I dont have to buy the daily 2 packs of analogs anymore

I feel I was ripped off when I was in Florida.... No rain at all, other than a few sprinkles for a minute or two a couple of times in a two week period
