Hey guys,

Just after a bit more advice as a complete newbie to vaping. There are so many devices out there I'm getting really confused. Could anyone recommend a decent starter kit? something easy to use etc. Also, my chest and throat have been quite sore/tight after 3 days vaping. Could this mean I am having a reaction to PG as some people suggest. Does switching to VG help? If so, is there a VG starter kit that I can try? I'm so confused....

many new vapors experience things like you are. seems its comes from a few things. one is your body going thru changes from smoking to vaping. next is the products you are using.

when i stated vaping i bought e-cigs that looked like real cigs (haha) and they gave me a sore throat..once i moved up to ego-c that was all over, one thing i learned after vaping to drrink some water or suck on a breath mint or life saver, that helped

i tried a few different e liquids and i have always used a 50/50 blend .. after some time you will find what is the best fit for your needs and wants

as of late, for me its vaping at 4 volts with a 2.8 ohm atomizer and RY4 liquid,,benn thru many atomizers and i tend to favor the vivi nova
im experienting with repairable atomizers too, making my own wicks and coils, still in the early stages of that

Don't get a starter kit.
Get this :
2 x vision spinner batteries 1300 mah "the big boi" = £23 each
1 x battery charger = about £5
1 x Kanger T3 clearomizer = £6 each
2 x Kanger T3 replacement bases =£2.50 each
And you're all set. You can get these from different vendors and don't have to buy them all from the same place
E liquid is a personal preference. get some propylene glycol e liquid and get some vegetable glycerine e liquid then experiment. True pg does irritate your throat and vg is smoother. i use 100% vg and it's still satisfying. Get a nice mild throat hit plenty of vapour n all that.
The kanger clearomizers are the best on the market as long as you get a genuine kanger. Go to "uk e cig store" you can get all the above hardware there and it's free shipping for orders over £10 their vision spinners are great at 1300 mah thats huge and will last a whole day vaping before needing charging. two batteries (vision spinner 1300 mah "big boi") a charger and the kanger stuff should cost you about £65 and money very well spent too. Have a look at "ok smokey" they sell e liquid that is 70% vg- 30pg though thats their tabacco range. Their old holborn double flavour is great .Take a proper look at all there tabacco liquids. Their a good vendor.

Not noobish but relatively inexpensive, hits great and is super simple to use - a Vision Spinner (and charger - you can buy an ego charger for around $5) and vivi nova tank. Also get a dripping atomizer to test flavors. That's really all you need as far as equipment imo - the battery will last you a full day and you can just charge it overnight and the tank will come w/ replaceable heads at diff't ohms to try. The only thing is make sure you get the real thing from authorized dealers, not knock-offs. Here's where I got mine:

Tank - Vision VIVI NOVA 3.5ml Tank - All NEW Tank System with Replaceable Atomizer Heads - Latest in eCig Innovation
Batt. - Vision Spinner Variable Voltage Battery
Dripper - Vape - SmartVapes 510 1.8ohm E cig Dripping Atomizer

you can get the charger for $4 from hoosier
