Just to add to that... you say that your replacement batts are Joye510, yet the white ones show a white button on them. Genuine joyetech batts have a black button. You might want to just say that they are "compatible" with the Joye510...

Also, stating "Plus you can enjoy our e-cigarettes in places you cannot smoke" is walking on very thin ice legally in most states... and the majority of us do not vape where we are not allowed to smoke out of sheer courtesy.

Thank you for your feedback. I changed the description of the 510 kits and accessories to indicate compatibility or "compare to" the JOYE. I also removed that line about enjoying where you cannot smoke.

All the documentation I have points to eGo (packaging, specs, etc). But I do see the question about the shape. I'm positive these are "eGos" but they are the generic model. Does that help?

The real Ego is made by Joye. All others are knock offs and there are differences.
Joye ego has a 650 mAh battery, a silver band, a transparent grey indented button and the button lights up white.
The knock off ego (Riva) has a 750 mAh battery, a gold band, a soft white button and blue LED on the end or button.

This does not mean what you are selling is a bad product. I own a genuine Joye ego and a knock off ego and I like them both. The fact is that the model you are selling is packaged as eGo, it is called eGo on many sites but it is not a Joye ego. I think you will be fine calling them eGo as long as you do not say that they are made by Joye. But, you may want to double check the battery capacity. If it is actually 750 mAh, that is a good selling point.

This is embarassing, but, after some more phone calls and research, what we are actually offering is a Riva. The site has been updated and any customers who have purchased will be notified and offered compensation for the mix up.

It's nothing to be embarrassed about. The Riva that I have came in a box that says eGo. The instruction booklet inside says eGo as well. I think the issue here is that Joye started making the ego then other companies started making similar models and just started calling them ego because they were similar. I don't think the other companies were trying to rip off the name but I might be wrong about that. Regardless, they are still sold as ego on many sites. The site I bought my Riva from was selling them as ego but I knew what it was when I bought it.

The good thing is that the Riva actually has a slightly larger battery capacity without being much larger in size. The ego and riva each have pros and cons and a lot of people like one or the other for different reasons. I like my Riva because the cone is loose enough for me to use 510 cartomizers. I like my ego because it is green. lol.

You seem to be genuinely concerned with providing accurate information and making sure your customers are happy. That will go a long way with most people around here. Keep it up and you will have a successful business fueled by ECF members.

Totally true - and to add to that - I just placed an order about 9:30 tonight and within just over one hour - I got an e-mail that my order with Green Electronic Cigarettes had been completed!

Also - the free priority shipping is amazing!

To avoid any confusion or dissatisfaction, we have amended our shipping terms on the site. The exact change is below, but basically we just want to call out that we cannot ship orders containing Juice on Saturdays or Holidays. We also wanted to explain how our confirmation emails work. We had a lot of orders yesterday (THANKS!), but many of them won't actually ship until Monday. We hope this does not cause too much concern. But, please contact us (support@vapor-pure.com) with any questions or concerns.

Here is the new text added to our shipping terms:
We regret that we cannot ship orders containing Nicotine Juice on Saturdays or Holidays due to USPS rules about shipping liquids. This means any orders containing Nicotine Juice that are placed after noon Central time on Fridays will not ship until Monday.

You will receive an email from Vapor-Pure confirming your order as soon as you place it. You will receive another email from the USPS, including a tracking number, as soon as we print the shipping label. This does not neccessarily mean your item has shipped. It just means we have printed the label. You will receive one more email from Vapor-Pure indicating your order is complete. This means it has been packaged and is ready to ship. Please use your USPS Priority Mail tracking number or contact for exact status/location of your shipment.

This Riva sale is fantastic.....I use a Riva for some of my juices and I love it, much better than the regular ego in my opinion, because of the soft button. I'm ordering one of these to give for a Christmas Present...so thank you for this fantastic sale.
