The question is, I believe, if this "poisoning" is happening, with some people vaping for 10 years or so, some vaping very hard (up to 30 to 60ml of liquid a day), where are the medical cases? Where even are the cases of side effects sufferers?

I don't think we care about poisoning, it's more about being a carcinogen
And some could believe that watching goldfish swim can cause cancer.... basically cancer happens when the body cells mutates... for something to be a carcinogen that triggers such a cancer, the substance needs to be present and detected... and I've yet to see anyone have medical testing and results that indicate these substances....
Hell, nothing in my bloodwork or many many tests during my life showed anything, and I still have cancer myself.... it runs in my family, and it simply "activated" at the age I'm at.
Worst part.. the type of cancer I have, research dictates that smoking actually would have (or should I say "could have") prevented it, they don't know why, but that's what they figured out due to lots of testing... you don't think that this fact is mind blowing...?

What has this latest study uncovered that was overlooked by all the previous studies? Bellinger might be the second most important ecig inventor after Han Lic. May be they should share the Nobel prize in medicine. Regardless he has a conflict of interest.

As has been said, this is another piece of the puzzle in trying to be informed vapers. Device safety, battery safety, flavoring safety and temperature safety are all areas where we each decide what we are comfortable with.
In the context of years of questionable studies attacking ecigs, many here on ECF are initially skeptical about new information. Kind of a trust but verify perspective. For those that embrace TC as the obvious future, this information reinforces their point of view.
Imagine if a comparable set of information was published that indicated vaporizing more than 1% flavoring made vaping more dangerous than smoking, and that only one type of atomizer can calculate the vapor flavoring content.
What would you do with this new information? Would everybody come to the same conclusions and change their style of vaping en masse? More likely some would treat it as gospel, some would ignore it and many would ask questions and want more information. Some would be defensive and some would be condescending.
I remember when battery venting orifice dimensions went through same process here.
The only thing wrong with this thread is the expectation that it would proceed in the General Vaping area without being a bumpy ride.
