Does the alcohol in the flavor thin the juice? I followed an e liquid calculator from this site making 10ml bottles with 80pg/20vg so there is roughly 2ml of VG in each bottle however when I got to fill my carts up the liquid seems to go in the cart and out the other side, when i plug the bottome then it fills up very quickly but I'm only getting maybe 50puffs and then the cart needs refilled or use it roughly 5x...the carts take 1ml of fluid and normally last me most of the day, now i made my first set of juices and am going through multiple ml's in a day and have to refill constantly...any help or advice

Do I need to add more vg or something? I am confused as i assumed it was simple math with the equation and making 18mg nicotine in 10 ml bottles
PG with nic 3.75ml
Pg no nic 4ml
VG no nic 2ml
12 drops of SuperConcentrate

The alcohol based flavors will make your juice a hair thinner but not a problem in any carto's I have used. Try a new carto

I like my juice at 70/30. pg vg If I make a 30ml batch or bigger. I go to 65/35 pg vg

Anyone find a good chocolate and mandarin recipe? I ordered Chocolate, Mandarin, and 555(Im a huge lover of TWs PR state express) Have read a lot of good things about the VZ line of SC flavors and just had to give them a shot. Was thinking of doing 8 drops Mandarin and 4 drops Chocolate per 10ml ... sound about right?

You might try the VZ's SC-Parliment if you like 555. It has a pretty good nutty taste IMO. Chocolate/Mandarin sounds pretty good. What I see in my notes is that the Mandarin isn't a sweet orange, but the chocolate is sweeter of the two. Chocolate is one my favorites from VZ. Enjoy!

Thanks... I really like the sweetness/caramel flavor I get from that PR 555. Maybe that Parliment with some caramel in it? idk ... will play with it a bit one of these days when I can order some more flavors. Im glad you said that about the mandarin because I love tangarines so was looking for less of a candy type orange and more of an authentic type. Thinking that the citrus with a bit of the cocoa in that chocolate might do well. I wanted a dark chocolate but didnt see any so I went with that.

Are the super concentrated flavors from vaping zone the same as the flavor express from ecigexpress? or do they differ?

I'm not seeing much similarity in the two companies. ECX has many more choices, but VZ seems to have a pretty good selection of what most people want. I mixed up about 20 different ECX's this week and still to soon to tell on comparison. Most didn't seem to have the exact same smell and the Tobacco Express flavors were definite a different consistency(thicker) than the VZ flavors. Most flavors will have to set a week or more to tell. Taste is one of those things that everybody has a different sense of. On top of that I may be comparing the wrong products!! Only time will tell for me and my taste buds.

im talking strictly about these new super concentrated flavors.

ecx has em for 3.39 for 10mL and VZ has em for 3.99 for 5mL....

If they're the same its a no brainer, but are they the same flavorings?

Sorry I was talking about the super conc VZ's. I didn't clarify. I always wait a week at least before really tasting the tobacco's. Well, I slip occasionally and vape a little!! IMO the best thing is to try a couple of different flavors that you think you will like and try both vendors and judge for yourself. Again taste is subjective and individual, but pricing is a different matter! Both companies have great service.

One more quick question.

I plan on using the SC flavors as well as regular tpa flavors. If i want to mix tpa flavors at say 10 percent and the sc flavors at 3% how would my calculations go for flavor percentage?? since total flavor % would be different for the SC and non SC??

Assuming you have a TPA flavor that people mostly recommend at 10% (they are all over the place in strength), here's what I'd do:
I like my tobacco to stand out in mixes, so I'd want something like 75% tobacco and 25% (at most) other. So, 75% of the tobacco (3% strength) is 2.25% and 25% of the other (10%) is 2.5%. I'd probably just round the tobacco up to 2.5... When I come up with fractions other than .5 I usually just round tobacco up to the nearest half percent, and round sweet things down. For me, a sweet thing can take over a mix too much for my taste, but I don't have a problem with the tobacco dominating too much.

bogeyjim, that answer is, no one is really sure

they certainly seem like they come from the same ultimate source, but the names don't match up, and even the ones that are more or less identical (e.g. French Pipe) have differences

and yeah they may have a thicker consistency, I might have to retract my previous statement that they don't. they likely have PG and PGA in them vs. only PGA in VZ

IMO either way, either company, you can't go wrong

Has anybody tried the Real Cig pre-mixed from VZ? There are 3 different ones listed.

I mixed up a couple bottles for folks and they love it, but aren't ready for DIY yet. So, which one should I have them try if I use the concentrate at 2.5%?

And please tell me if there is another forum/thread that I can ask this. (I think there is, but can't find it right now)

Thanks!
