My name is Kevin and I have recently opened a brand new website store. I am located in Massachusetts and have been vaping since June 2, 2009. On prefilled cartridges, mention the cartridge count (5 I'm guessing)

1st and foremost welcome to ECF. I just looked at your site and I don't use 510's very often. I don't see any cartomizers or mega batteries, eGO's, or larger 510 batts, I just don't use any small batts any longer and I only use cartomizers.

Congrats on opening your store.

Since you did ask... The site itself is fine but as I'm sure you are aware the selection is somewhat limited. Maybe add some LR atomizers, cartomizers and other kits besides just the 510. Also, a few more juices would be cool! Basically stuff people need to replenish. I was looking for cartomizers for example so when I found them I threw in some juices and such just because!

Just got back from your site, and here are a few things that I noticed:

1. Nice looking site, easy to navigate. But I would stay away from saying anything that even comes close to sounding like e-cigs can help people stop smoking!! You are treading on very shaky ground there...
2. You should have smaller bottles of juice as well, nobody is going to buy 50ml of something they haven't tried, no matter HOW good the price is...
3. You need to have a better description of the starter kit; color of batts, what kind, etc.
4. Selling only Blue batts is a downside... and you do not carry the matching blue attys.
5. The boxes you show in the pics for the carts are misleading... they say "Atomized Cartridges" and are the same ones that my Boge cartomizers come in!!
6. You should have a wall charger available for sale, too, or at least an AC/USB wall adapter...

There was another new supplier here recently who not only asked for feedback, but help in redesigning his site, and held a contest while doing it... LOL!!
We all understand that it is hard starting out and that you cannot have the stock yet to please everyone!!

1) Kitty I'm not sure where you got the impression that I said stop smoking as I have never meant for that impression. I'm trying to advertise the money you save switching from conventional cigareetes to E-cig's but if you found a specific place please let me know so I can change it. Also I know this sounds dumb but I hyperlinked my website next to the banner. Is it possible to put it on the banner so you click on the banner and it takes you to my site?

2) I know my supply is limited. The problem is knowing what your customer wants without overloading stock. The problem is ECF customers tend to be much more savy than your new customer who is trying vaping for the first time. Trying to keep it simple without overwhelming them with choices....

3) If I was to offer more products what do you suggest for different kits to supply?? Do people find the e-Go a popular brand??

Once again I appreciate all of your feedback as you are the most important marketing tool I could ever have. If anyone out there is interested in helping me with enhancing my site I am open to listening and paying of course

This is the part in your "About us" that bothered me:
I do not smoke ANY conventional cigarettes and have not since June 2, 2009, SO it is possible to eliminate conventional cigarettes !!!
Most of the sites clearly state that they (e-cigs) are NOT a smoking cessation device, and also have a "Do not enter if under 18" warning on the home page... in light of all of the problems going on with the FDA right now, it might not be a bad idea to have that on your site as well... just some sort of disclaimer.

Welcome to ECF, and best wishes on your business.

If you have to ask the question "are ego's popular" you need to spend A LOT more time scouring this site learning about your customer. Many of them are here, and many more will find you once they join ECF. And yes, Ego must be one of the most popular with 6+ hour batteries, that work with all 510 parts.

Also, do a search for feedback on the Blu. I would never buy one based on what I read here.

Hi Kevin I visited your site and it looks good but probably still needs the "over 18 to enter" thing. Unfortunately, your lack of juice choices will probably be a detriment. Also, 510 attys can be found all over for $5. 510 batteries are also priced quite low now that many people have moved to Ego's.

It is hard getting started and I do wish you luck.

The site is looking good. I will leave it to others more experienced to suggest products - but I would suggest at least more info such as e-liquid - is it PG or VG or a blend? Also, some choices and maybe sample sizes - it makes it much easier to start gaining customers and then "word of mouth"

I re-iterate what others have said - add the "over 18 to enter" and add "not approved by the FDA as a smoking cessation device" you can still say that anecdotaly people have stated it has helped them quit.

You should do some more basic SEO onsite and off. Also, if you really want to succeed you should become active in the community and become known for offering something better or at least different than your competitors.

I hope you have tremendous success in your business! I just "stocked up on" everything I need for a bit, but I will throw some business your way in the future.

hey congrats on your store! I'll keep an eye on it for when your selection expands. sometimes when you ask for criticism you get a little more than planned, but I assure you your website will take off over time. The ego t is very popular but the 510 is still very common for a beginner. the disposables are a good way to get your foot in the door but eventually they're gonna want bigger and bolder choices. good to see a site for m.......s, by m.......s lol.
