It's probably the Arctic with the 0.2Ω stock coil. Here are the manufacturers recommendations on their two stock coils:

0.5 ohm coil = 20 to 30 watts =>some reviews vape it at 50 watts)
0.2 ohm coil = 30 to 100 watts

One reviewer said that the 0.2Ω coil wasn't really worth while as it didn't really taste any better than the 0.5Ω coil and he went through way too much juice.

Could be the Herakles with .5 ohm coils. I just picked one up a few days ago and the guys at the B & M said they even had it up to 100 watts. They loaded and primed it up and suggested I crank it up to the limit on my Sig 100W+, but I didn't want to try that. I did take a few hits at 60 watts and it vaped fairly well, but still not sure there is that much benefit given the battery and juice depletion. But still experimenting with it.

70 watts on a pre-built coil for a beginner vaper? There's an element of experience needed as you up the wattage - as you increase, you'd going to find you need to change your draw. You can't just start at 15 watts on a KangCrap coil and jump up to 70 watts on the BandwagonTank.
And hey now, some of us love those coils. Those coils got me off cigarettes permanently. :p

Reading the OP's post, my mind went to the Herakles as well. The coils may go up to 100 watts but I'm Vaping it at 50 watts and it's almost too hot (for me) at that "lowest" setting. I like it...it's a little bit of a novelty, IMO, but I don't think I could vape it all day. Even my own coil builds at .6 ohm, 50 watts aren't that hot, in comparison.

Im vaping a SMOK VCT dual horizontal coils .4 oms at 26 watts and Im very happy with that. The Herakles has dual vertical coils.
