New technique for getting liquid into a new carto

Hey now~

I use 100% vg and it's tough to get it to soak into my cartos on the first fill. I don't have a needle to do a syringe fill and don't want one with my kids around and/or getting strange looks if I'm trying to start a new carto when I'm not at home. Condom filling just puts all the liquid on top of the carto filler and doesn't help to get into the filler any faster so the liquid just sits at the top and takes forever. What I found to help get the liquid to absorb into the filler is......a straw. Lightly tap a straw on the top of your filler to help push it down. I had a spare in my glove box (probably saved for the kids if we were short one while going through a drive through) and decided to try it out while filling a new carto. It worked fairly well. Whatever works, right?

Yep. Whatever works!! I put a tooth pick in the center hole and fill the empty top portion bits at a time, and just let it seep in. I'm not using 100% VG though, but it seems to work with any other liquid. This is with smoktech cartos though, which the filler is less dense, also helping it soak in easier.

I use 50-100% VG mostly. I find I'm able to be vaping the fastest with the "condom method".

There's no question whether the filler around the coil got soaked that way.
