New Texas tastes nothing like the original?

Got a new bottle of Texas last week and it doesn't taste anything close to the bottle of Texas I got a month ago.
Talked with Eric a few days ago and he suggested to let it steep for a couple of days. Tried that and it still doesn't seem to be getting anywhere close to the original flavor I fell in love with.
Just checking to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing or if you might have any thoughts on the matter.

I had the same issue. I let it steep open over night and then for about 2 weeks with shaking. I tossed it. Mine didn't change one bit from steeping.

If I was trying to run a sleazy, dishonest business, I'd do what a few other reputable vendors do and delete complaint threads altogether.

I've PM'd both of the posters in this thread and resolved the issue with the original poster.

We strive for consistency and quality. We've recently changed our bottles, and we are now also pre-bottling. We aren't going to disregard anyone's complaints, although we have only received a very small number of them, even still we are looking for solutions on both the individual level and the macro level.

Everything will be back to normal, but these things take some time.

Fair enough. My comment was intended a bit more tongue-in-cheek than it reads, and I wasn't in any way accusing you of running a sleazy business. I just see things like these threads without a response and some of your most popular juices being out of stock for months and hope that you're not ignoring/giving up on the juice side of your shop in favor of hardware. Because I think your juice is the best in the business and your strongest selling point. Anyway, my apologies.

I understand, CapableVapable, and I apologize for being so direct - I just don't want people getting the wrong idea here. A potential customer could see a post like the one you made as fact and never look back at our sub-forum again.

I always do my best to address customer concerns/complaints, it's in our mission statement.

I didn't intend to be malicious in my question about VS juices. This is the first bottle that has not been consistent. That's why I was a bit confused with the flavor. That being said, Eric straightened things out quickly and had great communication about the whole issue. I'll continue to buy VS juices for a long time to come without hesitation. Truly top quality juice.
As a matter of fact I'm vaping Tampa as I'm writing this:)

It wasn't my intention either. I honestly don't think it was Capablevapable's intention either. The post did sit here, not addressed, for a few days and it would make people wonder why it wasn't answered. It did me regardless of a PM. Maybe even make some hesitant to order again. It's only normal to want to know if it's going to all be the same before ordering again. I hope it all stays same at Vapor Station. It is the absolute best e-liquid available. Customer service has been wonderful.
