WELL - At least I will always see the light that "YOU" shine . . .

Good point! One thing I don't like which may have been mentioned before is the links to other sites don't show up in red and the page numbers and reply and quote are too light. Seem to be a little better though but the link thing really bothers me. I read a message and don't even realize that something is a link.
Love this idea!I just had a thought about the read button. If that's not doable perhaps the like button could be renamed "read" and you could give us options like on FB.

You can switch back to the old theme at the bottom left of any page by clicking the active theme name and switching back to the old ECF theme (or ECF Dark if that is what you used, like me).I don't like this!! I have to click around to get my alerts or watched threads.... and while some may think a members join date unimportant....removing that allows anyone with zip knowledge, or experience, to present themselves as all knowing. True, length of time here doesn't guarantee how much knowledge one has, but at least it's a bit of a guide. Leaving that information there would also be a nice acknowledgement of those who have been here and stayed for a good length of time instead of wandering away to other sites and forums.
How on earth can one develop a nice, custom, personal avatar when there is no way to know how much is going to be cut off when that circle is applied?
Sorry, but I'm just not happy with this change...Was something broken that needed to be fixed?
If I recall correctly, yes that can be done, but... it won't continue to be supported in the future...so it would appear we are to be forced into this one, like it or not...You can switch back to the old theme at the bottom left of any page by clicking the active theme name and switching back to the old ECF theme (or ECF Dark if that is what you used, like me).

my ecf dark theme hasnt started acting screwy yet, no idea about the non dark version of the ecf themeI tried changing back to the old theme. It's acting screwy too now.
Hey! That's more like it! Thanks.my ecf dark theme hasnt started acting screwy yet, no idea about the non dark version of the ecf theme
I know how to do it....very inconvenient to leave the thread I'm on when all I want is to check alerts to see if I need to reply to somebody.Sandy, to get to your Watched Threads, hover over the your avatar on the top-right of the page. When the menu drops down, click on Alerts. On the Alerts page, Watched Threads is on the menu on the left side of the page.
Can't help you with the Like button. It's broke.
I tried the old theme as well...it wouldn't even allow me to post, in addition to being entirely different in appearance than what I had earlier today. I really don't need a third of the page taken up with a list of every member currently online...that's something that used to appear somewhere near bottom of the main forum page....along with an area that listed members birthdays on a given day.I tried changing back to the old theme. It's acting screwy too now.
