Ok so I understand Vaporizing and have been Vaporizing but just started the e cigarettes. I am a instant satisfaction kind of person so I got on the phone and started calling around Dallas to find what I needed. Or well I thought I needed. I ended up purchasing a No. 7 Stealth starter kit for well lets say WAYYYY to much money. After being off of analogs for my 5th day now I am not so sure about my purchase. I am getting limited amounts of vapor and believe I am getting limited amounts of nicotine. I am glad I am not smoking traditionally any more.

One of the more annoying items is that the e juice keeps coming through the cartridge. Battery life seems to be decent I am getting at least one full day out of a battery. Now the cartridges I am not getting any kind of life out of. The amount of vapor produced drops quite quickly I very seriously doubt I am getting even the equivalent of half a pack out of the carts.

Should i be trying some different carts or different juice or different atomizer? Should I see if I can return the whole kit and caboodle?

I am lost and just need some direction.

I did the same thing - bought the No. 7 last week as my first ecig. BIG MISTAKE. It just doesn't work. Hard to get a proper hit, low juice capacity, hard to refill, atty dries out and you have to wait between hits for it to resaturate. On top of all that you get juice drips around the mouthpiece which is really off-putting.

But the experience was promising enough that after reading these forums I decided to go ahead and buy a few of the more popular models. I got a 701 (cigar), and eGo, a Joye 510, and a DSE-901.

So far I have tried the 701 and the eGo. I probably won't bother with the others any time soon, just keeping them as spares.

The 701 and the eGo are AWESOME. I would recommend that beginners try the 701, as you will get lots of vaping pleasure instead of fiddling with refills and maintenance. You have all the time in the world to get the hang of that, but it's important when you get started to get a high capacity, easy to use unit so that you get a good experience.

The No. 7 gurgles because of the way the foam cup is mounted inside the mouthpiece. When you refill it is easy to get drops around the outside of the cup. It'll either go in your mouth or just slosh around in there.

Atty flooding may be a problem too. If you're not getting a hit at all then the problem is more than just juice in the mouthpiece. But I'm not sure if I was having that problem or just a dirty atty. It seems to foul up very quickly and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong to make it do that.

I had the same problem with the NJOY NPRO . Switched to the DSE 901 much much better and was much much cheaper.
RThe njoy npro tasted like absolute crap to me iiiick. And I made sure to blow out the attire thoroughly before use. The menthol was pathetic and tobacco was too. AND the vapor production was very poor, worse than the blu.

I think that many people new to vaping feel they get hosed. in desperation to get away from analog smokes we run out to the mall and get what we can immediately purchase. I did the same thing but in hindsight i didnt get ripped off no matter what i paid it was worth it. If i go back to analogs shoot me in the head and put here lies stupid on my grave stone.

Ok so I have cleaned both atomizers and trying things differently before I throw in the towel on this one.

Can I swap out to a different atomizer? or do I have to stick with the No 7 atomizer?

Also can I used another brand of cartridge?

Any suggestions on the above questions would be more than welcome.

I just looked on the ss No 7 website and they have no email contact so I will be giving them a call today. :nah:

You know what - You sir or madam are 100% correct in your statement. I hate that I am an instant gratification type. I always do get burned because of it. Although I could not be happier about no more analogs. I just dont want to have to fight my No 7 to get out of it what I purchased it for.

I use a 510 as well. I love it. When the atomizers are new right out of the box 8/10 times they will have type of storage fluid in them that needs to be blown out, followed by a couple quick dry burns( don't inhale it). That may not be possible though if you have an automatic battery. With my manual battery I hold the button for about 3-5 seconds and keep my mouth about 6 inches away from the atomizer that doesn't have a cartridge on and blow towards it. After doing this a couple times it works well and tastes great. By the way the cartridges that come with it are garbage in my opinion. I would recommend some E-liquid and unfilled cartridges. I have tried a few e-liquid vendors so far but my favorite at this time is juicy vapor.com
