New to dripping, have questions.

Hi everyone, I never dripped before. Reason I purchased an atomizer was for testing new flavors out. This is he one I purchased

Joye510 Atomizer for Electronic Cigaratte.

I understand that you put in a few drops and you can start vaping, then when the taste dies down you add more. But how exactly do you get rid of the flavor to try another flavor?

Any extra tips for a newbie dripper would also be appreciate. Thank you.

I don't use those particular atties but on Ciscos I just vape through it. Only takes a few puffs.

Edit: If the previous flavour was really strong, it may take more. I've found a good lime juice speeds it quite a bit.

Thank you, so basically just vape the flavor out of it. Just curious, do you clean the atomizer at all? For example, I clan my protank coil/ evod coil in vodka. Wasn't sure if amtomizers like this should be cleaned or not.

I usually clear out the previous flavor by dripping and vaping out some plain 'ol PG.

Sticky flavors I swish it around in some PGA and let it evaporate out.

You might want to clean that Joye atty in vodka BEFORE you use it. It comes with a thick primer in it, and will taste pretty yucky if you don't clean it first. Once you start using it, you can usually just blow through it into a napkin to clean out the old flavor.

Thanks for the advise. Just to be clear, would you soak the whole atomizer in vodka? Would you rinse it off in water afterwards? Sorry, I am thinking of how I clean my protank coil, wasn't sure if I would clean it the same way.

Put it in Vodka for 20 mins, then rinse with water ( I'm gonna get flack for this, but I get a mouth full of water and blow through it both ways)
Then let dry, THEN your ready to roll. DONT VAPE THROUGH IT until you clean it. How yucky. It would take a half day or more to get the old flavor out of it. Yuck mixing flavors.

Those are killer Attomizers by the way..... don't last long enough for me...used them for about three months before I branched out to other things.

For fun, if you want an incredible hit, order you a low resistance one ( called LR 1.5 ohms) and try to find them for around 5.50. Your paying too much... ( I did the same thing)

Not me. Swish in alcohol and then give it an hour to evaporate. Water just hangs in the wick too long for it to be of any use and since I'm using PGA, there is no taste that needs rinsed out even if the alcohol wasn't evaporated out.

But usually plain PG removes most flavors.

I use isopropyl alcohol and just let it evaporate off. Always have two .. or two hundred around so I have a rotation going of soaks dries and users.
