New to ECF, been lurking for a few weeks...

Decided to get an Itaste MVP and some Mt Baker Vapor juice, mainly because I have heard of their swift delivery times, and want to get up and vaping ASAP. Ordered both this morning, both are shipped and expected for Thursday delivery.

I was/am not a regular cigarette smoker, though I smoked a little socially in college, mostly while drinking. I've always been more of the natural type, and have a MMJ license in California. I smoke herb daily, mostly as a release and way to calm my overactive brain, but I can't smoke everywhere, and only appreciate the cleanest consumption methods. As a result, I usually only smoke herb at the house. When I am working or performing or out and about, I would like something to keep me at my calmest, and I love the act of smoking, inhaling and exhaling. Which brings me to e-cigs.

I saw Blu cigs in the gas station a few weeks ago on my way to one of the many theme parks I frequent, which spurred my e-cig research. I know people who have smoked them, and have seen some e-cig devices, but mostly cast them aside as nicotine for people who can't smoke cigarettes for whatever reason, and a toy for kids to show off. After delving into the wonderful forums here, I have learned that I was naive, and have decided to take the plunge myself. Smoke, technology, flavor, "dialing it in", it all appeals to me.

I don't know much, I want to learn more but only have so much time to research. I thank everyone for their :2c: throughout the forum, and I hope to be able to contribute my own at some point. I have only one question right now, that I'm sure has been answered many times throughout this forum, but am I able to smoke the great "Boba's Bounty" through my iClear 16s by diluting it with a drop (or 2) of water, or would that practice ruin the taste? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me!

Thank you for the advice, maybe that would be the best way for me, but I seek the calming effect that low doses of nicotine provides. I never found myself craving tobacco, even when I smoked analogs, and don't consider dependence a concern. Maybe I am just misinterpreting the obviously well-intended remarks? Do you not vape because you want to?

Welcome to ECF Dissentia. Adding a drop or two of water to your juice will make it thinner without affecting the taste because water has no taste to add and you are thinning it so little it doesn't matter. I would use distilled water. It's cheap and you know what's in it which is not the case with tap water.

Add slowly as it thins juice quickly. Best of luck with it.
