New to ECF but not new to Vapor

Hey guys, just built my first box mod. Still need to test it out. Also , i have no idea how to use a volt meter. Can you check to see if a circuit is complete with one?? thanks.

Also if anyone can give me a quick tutorial and parts list or direct me to a thread where this has already been explained(given there is one), to make a usb passthru from scratch it would be greatly appreciated.
