Hey everybody, name's Brandon and I've come all the way from Scott's ECR to explore here, mainly because I'm really interested in buying some mods and stuff you can't get anywhere else, but also because I just love everything about the devices and I'm always out for new info.
My ego-t batteries both broke and I'd already given my Riva to a friend so I'm back on the analogues as of today til I can get a passthrough delivered here! *cough*

How's it going man. WELCOME TO THE ECF

Glad you made the choice to join this forum. Sucks that your ego batts are broken but the good thing is that you can upgrade now! My advice is to get to 5 posts and after an hour. You can post anywhere on this forum and make threads if you have any questions.

It will also give you the ability to pm mod builders to make orders as well. Since some don't have a web site yet and only do business through PM and paypal.

One good way to build your post count is to reply to everyone that posts in this thread. You'll be at 5 in no time.

Thanks :)

Wow that was fast haha, I didn't expect to see anything here when I refreshed.
The forum is pretty huge, being new here I can tell it will take me awhile to explore it all, so I'm glad there's a newbie corner to start us off haha. The minimum post count will be a breeze, as I can be a bit of a chatterbox.

But yeah, about the batts... I didn't realize that I'd ever hate cigarettes... Can't wait to make my way to the mod builders' corner and see what I can get my paws on. I've got some seriously good nic waiting for me to start vaping again.

No problem. I've posting posting like a crazed maniac lately LOL And yeah, this forum is gigantic. The information contained on this single forum will blow your mind. Haven't even seen all of it myself yet and it's been 4 mnths now.

Anyways, that's what I thought too until I discovered e-cigs. There is a LOT of info in the modders section with tutorials on how to make just about anything you want. You might wanna check this site out. It has a lot of parts they sell specifically for people who wanna make their own mods:

Thanks for the site... I'd heard of madvapes but never been there. I am interested in grabbing a cheap-ish 18650 mod to tide me over til I can decide on something more expensive like a Provari or vv of similar quality (if they do exist).

I'm planning on working with my father to create some art-piece mods in the future but have plenty of logistics to work out first. Realistically it will be another year or two before we get the first ones done... So til then I'll shop around and buy from the guys here. Once I'm past the post limit I'll be poking around trying to find my favorite tank system and I'll be asking about the current known VV mods.
Edit* got too excited!

Wow helix, somehow I've spent around $200 at LF and not ever seen the e-power in their catalogue. Going to buy it today I reckon haha.

And tj, they didn't fail, so much as got knocked around a bit to the point where I'd have to remove and reassemble the battery casing/switch mechanism to get it to properly work. First one got disconnected (cable from battery into circuitry - not worth attempting to fix) after a few tries of this. Second one just broke yesterday while I was putting it back together and dropped it. They were the 1100 MaH batteries and worked like champs but after about 2 months both have broken. Since I gave my Riva to a good friend, I've been SOL til I can get another mod in the door. Just finished an american spirit and they've been making me nauseous, ... >.<

*edit* LF is out of stock on the e-power... crap!
