I read alot of the posts on here, but after getting my vapemail today I really felt I needed to join so I could thank MadVapes for going above and beyond for me. I ordered a lavatube from an online store front going out of biz about 2 weeks back, after getting it I realized none of my vision stardust tanks were going to fit, I immediately went to madvapes to order an extender, to my dismay they were out of stock on one so I emailed, and asked if the next one would be okay to use and they responded with a yes, and that they just put 20+ in stock on the website. By the time I got to the website they were sold out again so I ordered the shorter one, upon receiving it, it didn't fit. Normally I'd of just waited and put myself right back on the list to be notified, and deal with it later. I literally had just sold my 18650 silver mod to a family member, gave away one of my 2 ego 1100mah batteries, and all i had left was 1 ego and a variable voltage ego type with the battery indicator at the bottom and the 5 click voltage changer that I ordered from china (not a great device by the way, i like the weight and all but the button is already headed down a dirty path) anywho on top of selling off my 18650 and being left with my 2 batteries, I'm leaving for vacation, and now I know for sure I need this extender to be safe away from home, I haven't smoked in almost 5 months and getting this far I would have hate to have crashed and burned and light one up. Low and behold today in my mail what do I receive? Not 1 but 2 510 ego adapters! I Can now leave for vacation relaxed and enjoy preparing to leave. I never think of them as an overly great team on customer service cause well there site is cut and dry they sell a lot of products at low cost, and I really wasn't expecting such great CS. It's amazing what one little piece of hardware can do for 1 vapor. Thanks MadVapes You Guys Totally Rock!
