Hey guys, I've been vaping for almost 4 months now! I'm an ex-smoker of almost 2 packs a day for the past 15+ years! I just happened upon the ecigs in a local gas station and since that very day I have not had an analog since! However, the gas station set up did not do justice for me and I was looking for more so I found a wonderful shop specifically for ecigs and juices and I fell in love! I've worked my up to using an itaste vv/vw 3 with iclear16's. I bought a protank 2 not long ago, but I don't really care for it. I wonder if I've done something wrong for if you do develop a preference to iclear16 type vs the protanks. I'm still playing with my vv, vw. Couldn't tell you the difference, if there is any. I look forward to learning more about this and I'm glad you guys are here to offer guidance and support! Thanks!

Welcome to ECF & Congrats! There's absolutely nothing wrong with you! The choices of delivery systems is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because you have several options to figure out which one works best for you & a curse on your wallet because it can take a lot of cash to figure out which you like best. But once you figure it out:banana:

Enjoy the journey:toast:

With vv you adjust your voltage to the ohms of the atty. You start low volts and adjust to taste if taste burnt you went too high. With vw you find a good wattage you like and it will auto adjust for different ohms. So if you have a 2.5 ohm topper and you switch it to a 1.8 with vw theoretically you don't need to change wattage to get the same vape. There are a few videos that get deep into this on youtube. There are also a few post here that do that too

Really theres no right or wrong when comes to your personal preference ya know? I love my protanks as others don't. My Aerotank is the best of them all IMO.

Then i bought a Kayfun lite+ and that totally changed my opinion about clearos, Haven't been using them every since haha.

Just takes a bit of time using different devices to get a hang on what you like best.

Vaping, just like your food preferences or clothing, are purely subjective. There may be "popular" devices out there, but they are certainly not a one-size-fits-all solution. Otherwise there would be just one shop carrying just one device, and everyone else would go out of business.

The iClear line are great devices. If you are happy with the iClear16, then stick with it! There's no need to change up something if it's working for you. However, checking out new devices is part of the fun so many of us enjoy. Getting a new toy to play with is always a good time!

I would enjoy the process of finding out what setup may work best for you, but don't throw the tried and true under the bus along the way.
