Hello my name is collin and i am new to ecigs.
I have many questions but as of now i only own the standard kit from v2 ecigs and its great. My problem is, however, that i would like to try new flavors that other companies have( eliquids to be exact) and i would also like to purchase a tank for my v2, but as i said before i have no idea what im doing, im new.

So i guess my questions are,
how can i use other eliquids with the v2 ecig
and does anybody know of any tanks that work with the v2 batteries?:)

I know the V2 ecig has 808 threading, so there are alot of vendors that sell blank cartomizers. With blank cartos you can add whatever juice you want. Here's a link to one such vendor, but there are others. As far as using a tank on the V2, I've no idea. I'm not sure a tank would work on such a small battery, but not positive it wouldn't. Maybe others who have experience will come on here and let you know about that.

Howdy Collin! I'm in the same boat as you. Today is 1 month and 1 week since I have been using my v2 w/out an analog cigarette! Whoo hoo!! I've been trying to figure out if I can use a tank w/my v2 and what tank to get. I'm refilling and going through 3-5 cartomizers a day and I'd rather have a tank w/a decent amount of juice that doesn't have to be refilled every few hrs. If anyone can recommend a good tank that'll fit the v2 I'll (if my wife'll let me) name my next child after you. Thx.

I am a very anti-V2, and have moved on to better eCig setups as the above posters have suggested. You won't look back.

However, to address your question and to give you an answer that fits what you are looking for, yes the V2 uses 808 threading. Check out the Vapor4life blanks and tanks section (they get great feedback on ECF) and try out their cartos, or tank clearomizers so you can vape any flavor from any supplier you'd like! As you will see on ECF the endless varieties of ejuices have developed cult-like obsession. Pre-filled cartos are overpriced and you don't get good value from V2cigs cartos. Mine always tasted like burned carpet way too quickly. And I don't ever recall seeing "Burned Carpet" as a desirable ejuice flavor, LOL. No one supplies it for good reason. Yuck.

Furthermore, V4L has refillable cartos, and YouTube videos will show you how to do it. V4L has a comparatively huge selection of pre-filled cartos if you want to play it safe, for now - I guarantee you will be bitten by the same bug we all have an eCigs will become a lot of fun, when you realize the realm of possibilities.

Hi, Collin! I think you"ll like vaping with a tank, and Mariss gave the info on Vapor4Life, which I was about to suggest. V2 also sells blank cartos that can be filled w/other co.'s e-juices. Don't throw away your V2s if you do go with a different system (I'm partial to my vv system now), because those V2s are fine when you just feel like you need to go outside and pretend you're smoking, as I sometimes do. I just received my Vapor Couture set from parent co V2, so now I can pretend with a very pretty, feminine ecig!
Good luck, Collin, and keep on vaping!

Hey Collin! I started with a V2 and find them SUPER useful for use when I'm going out and want something super discreet. As kiwivap stated, you can get an adapter (which I have done) and you can use 510's on an 808. However, I wasn't sure the V2 battery would provide enough kick...So, I tested it out for you  Turns out...to my TOTAL surprise, works REALLY well. I mean, it looks totally odd because of the thinness of the V2 and the fatness of the tank, but it totally works! I tried it out with a Stormizer (Google it) and there are a couple vendors...

The best thing to use on the v2 batteries is an 808 ce3/Phoenix. You can get the Phoenix from gotvapes.com (be careful not to order the 510, it won't work without an adaptor) or you can order the ce3 from smokelessimage.com. They are the same product. The ones from smokeless image sometimes have some primer you need to either vape through or rinse out before use. I've had great expierence with gotvapes and SI, but gotvapes has been out of these for a while and I haven't checked to see if they are in stock recently. Personally, I'm a big fan of SI's RY4 if you're looking for a nice all day, slightly sweet, tobacco vape.

As far as the vapor 4 life tanks, they are 808 threaded but you'll have to order the dual coil one, then the replacement single coil cartomizer to use in it. The 1.5 ohm will show a short to the v2 battery and won't let it work. Even if it did you'd have drastically reduced battery life with such a low resistance on the smaller v2 battery. The vapor4life batteries are designed to be able to use these, where the v2 batteries are not. I still couldn't recommend using a dual coil on any stick battery as it over stress the small battery and will shorten its life span considerably, due to the extra stressing.
