new to forum, how to PM a person

I'm from Singapore and , its e cig is banned here. I would like to pm someone on how to get my hands on some. How do i actually PM someone ?

Click on the name and a little white box will pop up.
Look for Send personal message and click on it.

First you need 5 posts , then wait , for an hour or so . Then you can click on a members name(in Blue) you will then see an option to send a PM . You can also post in the other forums , and check out the classifieds . Good Luck
