Hey, new to forum and vaping. Finally decided to listen to friends and try out a vape to quit smoking after about 5 years of smoking about a pack a day.I tried out my buddies kangertech subox mini for a few days before I purchased a joytech evic vt which is what I currently use. I want bigger denser pulls from it and have been told to try out a dripper. I ordered a IGO-L CLONE. will this tipe of dripper work on my evic and is this a good beginner type of dripper? any and all advise for a novice vaper is appreciated.

it'll work, but "good" depends on your preferences, which you obviously haven't formed yet. drippers are great for dense flavorful vapor, but you will be refilling it pretty often. it may be worth your time to look into sub ohm tanks and if you like building than definitely check out rebuildable tank atomizers. some, like the aromomizer or the bellus are pretty darn close to the dripping experience and they're tanks, holding the liquid reserve.

another type of dripper would be the igo-w, I've got one and it's pretty decent once i drilled out the air holes.

If you are getting into clouds then you need to study winding coils, ohms law and resistance. Although not as big of a deal on a regulated mod like the Evic. You might want to consider a tank like the Smok VTC4 which you can get assorted coils for to do big or bigger clouds than your Evic will run.
Watch lots of vids on youtube on drippers and subtanks.

Welcome and glad you joined. The joyetech evic vt is a 60w. reg. box mod device and will power sub and non sub ohm builds.
is this a good beginner type of dripper
Can't help you there. Someone will know something about the IGO-L clone.
Dripper though will give you great flavor, good choice for a topper.
Subohm'g can get expensive in juice in the long run. Your young, have fun.

A dripper will definitely help out. But you might also look into a subohm tank to avoid carrying a bottle of juice around. I use tanks on the go and drippers at home. RDTA-- Rebuildable Dripping Tank Atomizers-- are another option. I bought my first one a week or so ago, but I haven't made up my mind on them yet. Please definitely pay attention to the safety aspects of winding your own coils.

I dont think i was specific enough in my post. I purhcased the evic vt kit so i believe i got a sub ohm tank, the "ego one mega"? i want to have two types of atomizers a tank and a dripper. does this sound right haha in my mind it makes sense but I could be missing something.

Depends on the coil you put in it, I think. If memory serves that one as both subohm and +ohm coils.

yup you'll be fine with that tank! with the dripper, you can purchase pre-built coils until you learn how to build, or just start watching tons of build tutorials and purchase the necessary equipment. i personally really enjoy the building aspect, it's become a great hobby!
