New to forums and want to say HI

Hello ECF
I got my Joye 510T kit 2 weeks ago and am loving it.
I was a 2+ PAD menthol smoker and so far have been having good luck converting to e-cigs.
1 of the problems I had was finding a menthol flavor that worked for me. All of the pre made juices I have tried are way too strong on the menthol side so I ordered some strait tobacco flavors to cut it down and finally found a happy medium between menthol and somewhat tobacco flavor.
Another problem I am experiencing is battery life. I can make it through the day but I have to make sure that 1 of my 2 batteries is always on the charger or I will run out and I definitely do not want that to happen because I am enjoying this too much .
I have started DIY a bit with premixed juice + a couple flavors like peach and wintergreen, which makes a great combo IMHO. I will most certainly be a DIYer as I love experimenting.
OK I guess that's good enough for a initial post so I'll go read some more and check back later.

I still keep a few batteries with me when I am out...just part of the routine now.

Gonna have to check out the peach and wintergreen combo...that sounds good !

I never smoked menthols in all my years of smoking, but I love it for vaping
I was always making sure I had my batteries charging to swap out to avoid being without,
but now, like most of the folks here, I have several to choose from.

Congrats on Quitting Mork! Welcome to the ECF. After vaping, smoking analogs seems kinda "lame" doesn't it? Probably couldn't hurt to order some backups for your batteries. After a while it's kinda normal to have backups and backups for the backups.

Welcome their sure is a lot to read up on here. The folks are very helpful so ask away. I had the same problem just ordered more batteries problem fixed. No need to buy another kit just the batteries.

Hi Mork, welcome to ECF, I had a similar problem with menthol when I first started. I was a menthol smoker for 15 years and found it hard to find a juice I liked with a menthol kick, but a tobacco taste. A few companys sell menthol crystals that you can add to any juice/flavor you want. They work great for me. Here is a couple of links if you want to try them.

Yeah I know I don't NEED to buy another kit but I will anyway because that way I get another charger, more atomizers and carts which I will need eventually. Plus my wife will need 1 once I get the flavors to her liking (she is quite picky lol)

Lame is the right word for it lol. Having said that I have smoked a couple analogs since I started vaping, well took a few draws anyway, and they taste like crap so I don't see myself going back anytime soon.

Yeah I have seen a few peeps say they vape menthol when they never smoked it. As for having many to choose from I am looking at getting a Riva 510 for my next kit because of the larger battery but have reservations on using manual e-cigs. I kinda like the way my auto set up is more like smoking analogs.

Thanx for the welcome and I am sure you will like the combo. It is quite refreshing and I find it well suited for my fist vape in the morning to "wake up my taste buds"

That's OK Mud I already have a couple mixes that are satisfactory for the time being and am sure I will do fine as soon as I get fully stocked and am able to experiment. I think I will enjoy that almost as much as actually vapeing it lol
