I don't know. I tried the cool fire in my local shop and really liked that one bit I don't know what if it is a sub tank? Sorry I am very stupid when it comes to all this, need to find the time to do some research. I really do appreciate all your help.
A sub tank (subtank, iSub, Aspire Triton) is a tank designed to take powerful atomizers that are rated less then 1.0ohm.
(sub ohm = less the 1.0ohm)
If you tried a Coolfire 4, there's every chance it had an Innokin iSub tank.

This is GOOD news for you, as the iSub atomizers do last very well.

In this case, maybe get a 'mod' that can power up to 30w, maybe more and look into getting an iSub tank.

INNOKIN ISUB G TANK

Plan it out though.... you'll need a fair bit of cash to get the mod, the tank and the replacement atomizers.

Fasttech might be able to sell all this stuff. You need paypal though.

$16.91 Authentic Innokin iSub G Tank Clearomzier - 4.5ml / 0.5ohm (20-35W) / stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$33.40 Authentic Innokin Cool Fire IV 40W 2000mAh VW/VV APV Box Mod - 6-40W / 3-7.5V / aluminum at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Do you know what their delivery time is to the UK? And is it in American dollars?

Delivery is average 12-16 days. I have had 10, but I've also had 30.

You can select ££ in the menu. They still charge you in $$ but Paypal convert it. They make a few pence, but it's less than a quid compared to bank rates.

Maybe ask on AAEC UK about the best tips and tricks for shopping there. :)

First off, you're not stupid at all. You did decide to try vaping, which shows you're quite intellient! ;)

The iStick 30w is a good, reliable mod. I use that myself for my backup. It looks as though that setup there has the Lemo2 tank on it, but I can't be 100% certain. Subtanks are basically any tank with sub-ohm capability--this means they can handle coils below 1ohm. But you also have to make sure your battery can push it. The iStick 30w can; it can handle 0.4ohms and above (up to 3.0, I believe).

I've also heard rave reviews about the Cool Fire IV, but I've never had one so I can't really say either way.

I decided to start vaping and immediately quit cigarettes. Suffice to say, I had struggled a little during my first few days. It's important to take baby steps and realise it is not as simple as lighting a cigarette. Many things come into factor with vaping, as regrettable as it; however, persevere and remind yourself it will be better for your health, and in no time you'll get the hang of it. The alternative would be to quit cold turkey; I never liked the taste of turkey :p

Hang around here and post your questions away. As you have already seen there are plenty of good folks here who are willing to help. Vape on! :vapor:

Thank you for being so kind and msging me chuckle ;-) thank you also for your input on the iStick although the cool fire IV is the one I really want so think I might hold out for that one!! :D I have found a set up of it on eBay for £40 which seems like a good price.

Hi, I have been vaping for about 8 weeks and recently got a vapouriz pro pen. At first it wad ok but the last couple of weeks I keep experiencing a burn at the back of my throat when I inhale. I inhale straight to my lungs and have changed the clearomizer but doesn't seem to make a difference. When I take the tank of there is a small amount of liquid in the battery which I wipe out and sometimes that makes out better but not for long. I usually vape on 4.0v but have tried reducing it to 3.5v or lower but still getting the burning throat. It is putting me off vaping and the last few days have been going back to cigarettes which I don't want to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

How about some details?

Nicotine strength
VG and PG ratio of your juice.
Commercial or DIY
Flavor of the ejuice
What kind of nicotine if you know.
The resistance of the coil(s) and the wattage used

Some nicotine is peppery. High PG ratio cause a throat hit some flavors irritate mucus membranes.

With the scant details it would be nothing more than a guess in the dark.

You coil head needs changing.

Soon you will get frustrated at having to keep buying coil heads then you will start looking at rebuildables.

The subtank and other tanks nowadays, gives you the option to buy prefab coils or rebuild your own coils a hundred times cheaper.

Without a doubt. The Subtank mini has a decent RBA.

I can wrap a coil in just a minute or two. The cost of the wire is only about two cents.

The best part of a Rebuildable is when the dirty wick makes the vapor taste off; gently remove the old wick dry burn the gunked up coil install a new wick in the coil. And keep on vaping.

I have had one of my coils last 13 1/2 weeks. A bit over 3 months. 2 cents for the coil and another 5-10 cents for the Rayon or organic cotton balls. Let's say a total of 12 cents for coil and wicking compared to replacing a coil head every week or two which could easily be $20-60 dollars depending on the cost per coil head
