Drop size and therefore drop quantity is a function of the liquid and the bottle that you are using. The drops from some of my bottles are twice as big as the drops from other bottles. That's why it is a somewhat nebulous measurement.

I buy mine from Totally Wicked when they have a sale, too expensive otherwise. Health Cabin sells them for a good price, as does East-Mall, although with those two vendors you are ordering from China and there is more shipping charges and sometimes a longer wait. I prefer to order inside the US. Carts are generally on sale when attys are.
As for drops, about 10 - 14 depending on the cart filler. Many, if not most of 510 users here don't use the stock filler material anymore, as it holds on to juice too much, gets compressed too much from the atty bridge, and is too inconsistent in its performance. Blue foam instead of stock filler is very popular (aquarium filter foam). Some use the Pyramid Tea Bag material as filler, with good results. I use one of the cart mods, zero-filler mod, which basically allows the cart to be a dripping reservior, without filler, and I use a syringe to inject juice into the cart...so its 0.5 mL for me, not usually drops.
Drop size also depends on the thickness of the juice, so rather than counting drops, its generally whatever it takes to fill the cart so the juice is pooling on top.
I get pre filleds from cignot (Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.) cos Im in love with their cappucino flavor - the juice well go down the list on the forum front page for 'suppliers' or eliquid reviews page also. I'm about to try stuff from the MsTbakery, and tastyvapor - there are HEAPS of other suppliers though - lots in the US (think also one where you live in Florida).

Add drops until it is full and pooling on top a bit. If you have been vaping on a cart, the number of drops needed to fill will be less than a new cart, since the filler will hold onto juice some. Number of drops varies, as Scottbee said, with viscosity and volume occupied by the filler. I use ZFM in my carts now, adding juice via syringe. The stock filler became too much of a headache after a while, between needing topping off too often and never getting all the juice. After you are more in tune with your 510, I recommend looking into a cart mod. There are many.
