Hi i have Kanger pro tank mini 3 with a vision spinner battery setup. Ive been using it for probably 2 or 3 weeks now. For the first 2 weeks everything was going fine, i started getting this burnt taste about 2 or 3 days ago which my friend informed me is generally a bad coil. I went a head and replaced the coil that came with the pack cleaned out my setup and put fresh juice in. Proceeded to prime the wick and all that and again got the same burnt taste. So went to my local vape shop yesterday bought a new pack of coils the wick less ones at the recommendation of the sales person and it was working fine for the first 10 minutes and now i have the same burnt taste again. Also now appears that my liquid level hasnt decreased and have been using all day today. Any ideas or if anyone has dealt with this. Would be greatly appreciated.

I dont have my juice with me so i cant remember percentage pg vs vg But my coils are 2.0ohms and i gennerally keep my voltage between 4.3 and 4.8. Ill have to post later with my juice percentages.

What is the resistance of the coils you bought?
What voltage do you have your spinner set to?
What is the percentage of PG vs VG in your juice?

Many factors come together to make a good vape.

    No you can't
    First welcome to ECF.

    1. When you prime the wick in pro tanks let it soak in about 10 min before taking any puffs or longer if you can.

    2. Start at the lowest voltage setting and work your way up slowly, soon as you get any burnt taste at all back it down and you should be OK.

Protank comes with a little chart with suitable voltage & resistance, you should be able to find with google.

    Edit in
One other thought fill your tanks when it's half empty don't wait until it goes down.

If getting burnt hits out of the blue, open the tank and let air in and close it back up, it works on suction.

When I was using my protank after screwing the base on I would take 3 or 4 hard dry puffs before I attempted to fire the coils this would suck the juice into the wick.
