So this is the first vape forum ive joined. Ive been on other types of forums in the past and I thought it was time to join a vape forum. Ive been a vaper for about a year, havnt bought or had a cig in 6 months or so. Started out on a ego twist with a kanger tank. Upgrade from that was a Itaste mvp with a cardo. Next was a lot of clones. My first Mec was a Iron Man Mod with a Zenith Clone. Next was a Panzer clone with a tobh clone. then i decided it was time to get out of mec mods, got what i thought was authentic Hana mod. $125 bucks. I was sadly mistaken and lied to by this local shop, I wasnt the only one... Any how my current mod is a Hana 40 with temp control, My wonderful girlfriend got my it for christmas, and sitting on it is a Veritas. Glad to say I hope to never buy a clone again, nothing against people who do, a lot of these authentics are very expensive. but ive learned its better to spend the extra money to support a company/maker you like. you will more than likely spend the same amount of money on multiple clones breaking as you will on 1 authentic.
Anyhow, my question is with the dna 40 and nickel wire. Ive been googling a lot trying to see if anyone is having the same problem. I dont know if its a problem or not, but my nickel wire builds, always seem to get gunked up pretty quickly, the juice i use is from VapeTrik, Its the Mr.Rips flavor (love me that custard). So im not sure if its the darkness of the juice or not. but when i take a qtip to the coil i can get the nickels silvery look to come through and there will be a lot of black gunk on the qtip. and there will get a bit of build up in the barrel of the dripper too after a while of black gunk.
Just wanna know if any of you are having this same problem, hoping to get a hobo v2.1 sometime soon, looks a lot easyer to build on than the Veritas (huge pain with nickel)
