New to the forum

My sister introduced me to my first vaping experience last week, and gave me a lot of good advice, and some lessons on how all this works (thanks Remie).
I received my first shipment of supplies Monday and I'm loving this! Proud to say that as of right now I have not smoked an analog all day! I just want to say thank you for all the great advice I've found here, without the forum I think I'd be very confused about vaping. I'm very excited to try different flavors, (waiting on samples to arrive). Currently using a joye 510 and loving it.

Yep, in my office, in my bedroom, everywhere . Day 2 with an unopened pack of ciggs in my purse and no desire to even open them. I got my extra supplies (more batteries, attys and juice samples), juice vendors are in for it when I really get my taste back lol.

It's amazing that when it works, it's better than smoking. That's exactly how it happened for me. I was dubious when I got my first kit and thought it would be a bonus if it helped me cut down, but the day I started vaping I didn't touch my pack. I ended up eventually throwing out a full pack.

The best is when the wheezing stops, your cheeks get color, your hair smells like your shampoo - all day...
Coughing up the crap for a few weeks is kind of gross but I thought of it as a lung enema

LOL - collecting and putzing is part of the fun for me. I just got a pack of cartomizers for my 510. I haven't tried them yet because I've never used a cartomizer but I thought they may be convenient when I can't drip (driving, etc.).
I'll pop one on and give it a try later, then figure out how to refill it. I know it's not quantum physics and can't be that hard to do!

I've been using cartomizers at work, and playing with dripping a bit at home. Working on getting the right balance between flooding the atty and not, I'll get the hang of this yet lol. I've had 2 co-workers very interested, especially since I sit outside with them and vape while they smoke, of course I handed them the business cards that came in my orders. YES send me samples LOL.

I tried a cartomizer today and the draw seemed very "airy".... but - I put it on my eGo and the cone fit right over it and tightened up the draw. It made it perfect. I think they'll come in very handy instead of traveling with my bottles, filled carts and paper clips!

You'll get the hang of dripping. You get to recognize the sounds of the atty.... the gurgle of the flood, etc. I find that 3 drops works perfectly for me.

I'm proud of you for vaping with the smoking crowd at work! In a few days they are all going to smell like azz LOL....
I'm betting you convert at least a few of them!


I have more juice on the way - I found out that most of the juice I had (while it won't kill us) - is expired - The Halo is fine - toss the other stuff. I have replacements on the way and as soon as it's all here I'll send you a care package! I ordered a bunch of yummy flavors

Thank you! This forum has been a savior the past few days, so much good info. It's great that everyone is so helpful and willing to share their knowlege.
I am pretty sure my next purchase will be an ego, simply for the convienience of it. I'm waiting on some small bottles I ordered from gv during their sale last week, but I think I will hold off on using those for a bit, they will be totally yummy when my taste buds wake up. So far the Halo you sent me home with is my favorite.
