I know the feeling only quitting the tabs on the 17th Feb of this year after 31 years as a hardened smoker ("tabs" North East England slang for cigarettes). Thank god for vaping and forums, nic gum and patches just cut it. This forum and the UKV (which is down at the moment) has been a great help keeping me from going back to smoking.

Lets keep strong and keep vaping!
